      辛亥革命时期，鲁迅在绍兴山会初级师范学校执教，教学之余，辑录了一部收罗宏富、考订精审的古小说佚文集《古小说钩沉》。此书收周《青史子》至隋侯白《旌异记》等36种，均为笔记体裁，文字长短不一。内容主要说明小说在文学史上的地位与作用。以及辑录《古小说钩沉》一书的动机，发表于同年绍兴《越社丛刊》第一集上（署名周作人），后收入《鲁迅全集·古籍序跋集》。《<古小说钩沉>序》手稿字迹圆熟，行草流利，共计400余字。手稿末有周作人（启明）所写说明文字，并盖有周作人印鉴。国家一级文物。（徐东波）

    During the period of the Revolution of 1911,Lu Xun worked as a teacher in Huichu Teachers School of Shaoxing.At his spare time,he compiled such a collected works of ancient lost novels ┄ A Collection Of Ancient Lost Novels,in which numerous ancient lost novels were included,and carefully examined and corrected.
