    祁豸佳，约明天启至康熙初（公元17世纪）。字止祥，号雪瓢。浙江绍兴人。天启七年（1627）举人，官吏部司务。1644年后，隐居卖画代耕。
    此作淡设色。画古劲双松之下，茅亭内有一高士盘腿参禅。小桥流水后面是崇山峻岭。山间绘丹枫数棵，屋宇一栋，瀑布飞流直下。用笔简率挺拔，洒脱不羁，表现出清秋高旷萧疏的意境。其画风有明沈周晚年阔大雄浑的遗韵。国家二级文物。（杨樵康）

  Qi Zhijia’s was a native of Shaoxing,Zhejiang,lived in the 17th century,approximately from the years in the reign of Emperor Tian Qi of the Ming Dynasty to the early years in the reign of Emperor Kang Xi of the Qing Dynasty.
  This work is lightly colored.In the picture,there is a hermit sitting cross-legged in meditation in the hut under two pines.The brushwork is simple,abrupt,free and easy,expressing the artistic conception of the autumn that the sky is high,the weather fine,and the landscape bleak.
