    徐渭(1521-1593),字文长，号天池、田水月、青藤道士等，浙江绍兴人。明代杰出的文学家、书画家、戏曲家，为青藤画派的始祖。
    草书录自作《白燕诗》三首。作品整体节奏强烈，气势恢宏，格调高古，一气呵成。用笔以中锋为主，侧锋为妍，刚柔相济，轻重相宜；字势纵横交错，意断笔连，起伏跌宕，结构平衡，字字行行有磊落之气，无处不印证着作者的品性。落款“天池徐渭”，钤“徐渭印”白文一枚。约作于明万历年间。国家一级文物。（朱红）

  Xu Wei (1521-1593) was from Shaoxing,Zhejiang,an outstanding literati,player writer,calligrapher and painter of the Xing Dynasty,and the first ancestor of the Green Vine School of painting.
  The whole work is strong in rhythm with an extensive momentum,and is excellent and old fashioned in style,as if written at if written at one stretch.
