    盘口，长颈，弧腹，圈足。颈肩部四向安双股鋬（已残）。通体施釉，釉色青中泛黄，釉质滋润。腹部有铭文四行，记纪年和产地及用途。国家一级（资料）文物。（朱秀芳）
